Words cannot describe how TERRIBLE this dealership is. I went in there because my oil housing filter is leaking and anything that is wrong mechanically with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler should be covered under the powertrain warranty. I called them 3 times about my car and every time I called, Robert the service manager told me he would call me back. HE DIDN'T. While on the phone waiting the finance office tried to get me to sell my jeep for a new one. Why would I sell my wrangler for another wrangler that will just have the same problems??? After leaving my car at this purgatory for two days, Robert called me Monday morning to tell me it's going to be $2,000.00 to fix my oil leak and then fix all these other random things that are magically wrong with my car. I laughed on the phone and came to get my car. While I was there picking up my vehicle they were all rude, so I was rude right back. I even called another dealership which they told me my car was covered under the powertrain warranty. This dealership will try to take your arm, leg, and all your money. DON'T GO HERE.
