We usually love pure sushi, and usually have pretty good service. We decided to order take out, on the phone they told me it would be 30 minutes, not a problem-but 30 minute later we show up and have to wait an additional 30 minutes. And the customer service was they worst we have encountered. A normal day I'd give this place a 4/5 stars, but customer arrive is very important to me and unfortunately we may not go back
