Waited in line for what seemed like forever. We had already pre booked online but the price shot up almost double after we got there due to extra fees and taxes and stuff. We wanted a white suv and were told we got a white Toyota SUV and to go downstairs to slot B3 and it would be ready and waiting for us. We went downstairs and couldn't find it so we had to get help only to find out B3 didn't exist and apparently, neither did our car! So, we had to wait once again for them to find us a car which ended up being a black SUV with black leather interior which is the last thing we wanted during 115 degree weather and of course, no car seat which we paid for so we had to wait for that as well. The car was nice but the back seat areas weren't cleaned out at all so we ended up having to vacuum out other people's sunflower seeds and goldfish. Overall, I'd say budget isn't a bad place to rent a car, we had a good experience in Hawaii but at sky harbor airport DON'T DO IT!!!!!! You'll regret it!!!
