This location is the worst. I use the online check in at this location and another location. Never had an issue at the other location. This location constantly allows cumstomers in before me making me wait an extra 15-20 minutes. They always say they'll get me in when the app says. When I walk in my app says 3 mins then gets updated to 20 minutes. Hair cuts are mediocre at best.
