I was a customer for 2 months; February and March. I was told that I would have my security deposit back in 3 business days as long as I gave the 15 day notice. I did that with the property manager who apparently didn't pass on the info. I have been there twice in an attempt to retrieve my deposit. The Asian property manager told me that their corporate office will be notified and that was April 11th. I would never recommend this facility for 2 reasons : they have a rodent infestation issue big time on this property and the new management is apparently still trying to figure out how customer service is supposed to work. System wouldn't allow me to post this without at least one star.
