Worst pool company ever. This company was hired to perform weekly pool service including cleaning and chemicals. After high winds, we get a complaint from the pool person that there are leaves in the pool. So we covered our pool. Next week they complain that it's too large of a "liability" for them to roll the pool cover up and clean the pool. We fired them in 2012 and also wrote a comment on their social media describing our disgust with their lack of professionalism and lack of the desire for quality service. Today, over 3 years later, the business replied to our post basically stating we were renters and they don't do extra work (removing leaves) for $25/week. Removing leaves and maintaining the chemicals is exactly what a pool service is supposed to do. So glad (even as renters) we fired this company and found a much better, professional company to service our home.
