***DO NOT GET THIS LINEX PRODUCT***
Originally applied at this location: 921 N Dysart Rd, Avondale, AZ 85323 (Possibly Under new management now)
To this date since I have had my truck sprayed this location has failed to register my Vin # in their system and I'm unable to get my defective applied bed liner repaired or replaced nation wide.
They have promised to fix the improperly applied Bedliner at their expense at this location only and have failed to register my VIN # so I can get it replaced, warranted, repaired at other locations nation wide as advertised.
Please see attached pictures as my truck was improperly prepped for the spray liner and the LINEX material was not sprayed at the proper thickness and it won't stand up to the Arizona/Texas heat and just burned through, chipped, warped and fell off.
The location that would not do my warranty repairs is at:
10209 E Crystal Falls Pkwy Leander, TX 78641
because my VIN# is not registered by the above LINEX location.
Notes:
Bed-liner LINEX was applied when my truck was BOUGHT brand new purchased with only a few miles on it.
Truck was purchased BRAND NEW from Avondale Dodge Auto Group
I was a life long LINEX CUSTOMER....NEVER AGAIN
ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO REACH OUT TO ME TO HELP CLEAR THIS MATTER UP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
If you have a recommendation for another produce or great location for a new application....Please let me know.
All my customer always compliment me on my truck and cringe when they see the bed liner and they can't believe this is the lack of quality and workmanship this location has done.
I wouldn't want my name on this TURD of a bedliner :/
