I was a bit annoyed that my husband booked us here, as it was a 40 minute drive to and from our actual destination near Washington, PA, but there is only one good hotel in Washington, and because of that it's pricey. That being said, what an awesome experience we had from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff was always willing to help out with any questions or needs we had (though we aren't a very needy or demanding family). Breakfast was way better than other places we have stayed that include breakfast in their prices. I think that some of the reviewers were at a different hotel as there are a few Hyatts around. One reviewer mentioned a "moving sidewalk from the hotel to the airport." This hotel, while I'm told isn't that far from the airport, isn't really close to it either, and there was definitely no moving sidewalk to take you there. Also someone mentioned there were no hot foods on the breakfast buffet. Also not true as there was eggs, sausage, French toast, breakfast sandwiches, sausage gravy and biscuits every day. I felt the need to clarify that because it doesn't seem fair for a business to be tarnished because someone can't get the place that they stayed at correct on Yelp. Great place to stay.
