We absolutely love Dr. Neilsen! She is thorough, answers any questions you have, and is very caring! Both of my girls see Dr. Neilsen and she will always ask how the other one is doing if I only bring one of them in.
When my youngest was just a few days old we were waiting for lab results and she called us in the evening to give us the results we were waiting for. She definitely goes the extra mile! Her medical assistant, Nikki, is awesome! She is so sweet and helpful! I am so glad that we found Dr. Nielsen!
My only complaint is the front office staff and whoever takes calls for appointments is not always the most helpful.
