This store has the worst plan and customer service ever. We moved here from Florida 10 years ago from the world of Publix where they value their customer and product. I can't count how many times my husband has brought back bad produce. The new remodel is crazy. Do we really need a HUGE liquor store at the entrance and everything you want in the way back. And don't get me started on self check out. I'm all for it is not busy times. But to have 2or3 lines with cashiers and the rest self check out at 5pm or weekends. The lines are crazy and now that they made the aisles smaller for all the liquor its worse. Really? And like another reviewer said in these times there's 5 or 6 staff in the front doing nothing. And yes they feel it a good time to stock all the shelves also at this time. Smaller aisles, boxes, carts of products at rush time. Sounds like the perfect time to do this. Call Publix or better yet Heinen's to learn how to run a grocery store. You'll see me at Heinen's.
