I could not give this place a worse review. After being a customer for 10 YEARS buying shoes regularly, I had this happen: I wore out a pair of $300 shoes from them, in 3 months. This is using them 3-4 times per week, for just normal downtown walking. No hiking, running, or anything aside from pavement and sidewalk. I wore right through the heels. I am not a small person, but it's not like I'm 400lbs. Every other pair I've had has lasted at least 2 years. Upon bringing them back, I was told rudely by the manager that it's not a manufacturers defect, and that it's "normal wear and tear". Yes, normal wear and tear, in THREE MONTHS of wearing shoes. After calmly arguing with him about that, never raising my voice, he yelled at me, was inches away from my face, and kicked me and my girlfriend out of the store. When I wrote head office to complain, they offered me a 10% discount if I wanted another pair of those shoes. When I said that was insulting, they never replied. I will never shop here again. After reading other similar stories, I HIGHLY suggest a boycott.
