I dropped three pairs of jeans off to be hemmed and one jacket to be dry cleaned. My husband picked up the clothes the following week and I saw that my sons jeans had not been hemmed, only the 2 pair I took in for my husband. I returned to the location to find out about getting my sons jeans hemmed,l. The one lady tried convincing me that she is the one that I dropped off my clothes to and placed my order with, which is not the case at all as I specifically recall dealing with a young man with dark hair not a blonde woman; she was adamant that it was her. They are unorganized and clearly do not have a system in place to properly communicate their customer orders. Quite frustrating. I highly suggest finding somewhere else to take your clothes should you require alterations.
