This is a great Jamba Juice, with great drinks and food but I'm giving it a horrible rating for the horrible service I received today from their employee, Tenna. My partner went in today to get me my usual drink which is the peach mango fruit & fitful , instead he was given a different drink which is fine because every now and then people make mistakes, so we went back inside to get the right drink. We waited a good 6 minutes even though there was no line before the cashier, Tenna, addressed us. I explained the mixup, but she just took the wrong drink and threw it in the trash bin without even offering it as some form of an apology for the mixup. And even after that we didn't even get an apology. I mean I see no point in spending $7 on a smoothie that I can make myself for much cheaper and not be treated so poorly while doing so. On that note I thank you Jamba Juice for your delicious smoothies and I also frown upon your choices in whom you chose to hire.
