I was underwhelmed by the food. Ordered the bruschetta for the table. I thought that they were creative with this, but didn't execute it well: there were two types: one with tomatoes and a second with eggplant. The eggplant was a bit bland. It might have been more flavorful had they roasted the eggplant, perhaps?
For my entree, I ordered the ricotta spinach gnocchi. The gnocchi tasted just like regular gnocchi - couldn't detect the spinach. The tomato sauce was average...the eggplant crutons were clever, but ultimately didn't quite have the wow factor. I felt like that sauce could have come out of a bottle...And there was a bit too much of the blah sauce.
