I bought a car in November 2017. You guys told me that credit card you opened for me to use as down payment for the car will be 0% for 12 months. I got the bill and it's charging me finance charge. I called the credit card company and said that it is never 12 months and the card you opened for me is not 0% like you told me and they said it looks like that someone just want to make sale. I was hesitant to buy at that time because I don't have a cash for DP but insisted that this is 0%. I calledTrevor the saleman to ask about it and said finance will call me. A week later still no call. Now you got your sale, I'm stuck with the interest rate that I was not expecting. How do you correct this mess? Not happy!
