Husband made an appointment for the little one. I told him to find a GOOD doctor. I got to the offices, receptionist was very friendly. Nice spacious waiting room. Proceeded to check phone while waiting, check-in on Yelp etc. I was surprised the ratings were only 3 so I read the reviews. Of course the 1 star reviews were for the new doc that hubby had made an appointment with. At this point I Was not looking forward to the appointment and contemplated leaving and getting a refund for my co-pay before we got called back but decided to see how things went. I'm glad I stayed and saw Dr. Shi. She was not bad at all, didn't get any bad impression or vibe. Straight forward appointment, she seemed to ask the right questions to make her assessment of what was wrong with my little one. Just goes to show you shouldn't always rely on reviews alone.
