I recently had the pleasure to use EVDS for our needs and the biggest takeaway I can leave with people reading this is that I TRUSTED them from day one. Each and every employee we worked with, from Stuart to Skip to Dustin and others... treated us with respect and listened to our needs and worked with us to make sure we understood and were comfortable with everything happening.
When our flooding occurred, his team was quick to come over and get things under control. The flooding was a result of repair work gone bad, so it was important for us to allow the repair company's insurance take responsibility. We were grateful that EVDS understood that and even helped us to make sure WE were protected. It would've been easier for them to just tell us to take whatever the insurance decided so they could get paid and moved on. But Stuart and his team advised us on some things that could've left us with a bad deal. They were on our side. Always. And it took a while for the settlement to go through. Again, EVDS showed superior professionalism by waiting for the process to happen and not pressure us in any way.
When we were finally ready to do our repair work, they worked around our crazy schedule and walked us through all that needed to be done. This is how businesses should operate.
I am for sure not an expert on home repair. And it's hard to know who to trust. I am just so happy with EVDS and their work ethic. I pray I don't need their services again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them.
