OM Gosh! I have had to have my windshield replaced and/or repaired on more than one vehicle, more than once in the last 4 years. Once I had Grand Auto Glass (formally Thomas auto glass) replace my windshield I never go anywhere else. Lauren in the front office is a Super Star - She is extremely knowledgeable and the perfect example of what you want Customer Service to be. The technicians that fix or replace your windshields really know what they are doing and also have superior customer service skills. I could sing the praises of Grand Auto Glass all day. It seems these days it's hard to find someone that knows what they are doing AND are pleasant about it. The technician even came out to my place of employment to replace my windshield. I was totally prepared to take off work early and meet him at my house. Lauren got my insurance company on the phone and the whole process is totally painless AND I've had to do this more than once - no thanks to the rocks and such on the 60 and the 101. Thank you Grand Auto Glass, Lauren and the whole team for making what could be an ugly experience, a lot less stressful.
