I'll give it 3 Stars because my son loves it, but we pre-purchase tickets every time and still have to sit in a line forever to get our wrist bands.
Fast-forward to today-we sat in line for 25 minutes (which was 10 minutes into my sons 1 hour jump time) and when I mentioned something to the girl at the counter she replied with "well, we had someone call out today so it's only the 2 of us."
Ok...not my problem you all are short staffed. A better response would have been maybe "I'm sorry, you're child won't be shorted his jump time because of our inability to staff properly."
Get a better system because this one is horrible.
