I really think this place deserves 4 or 5 stars, our experience was bad but I can tell that the restaurant is a good place to eat. A group of 6 of us went to eat there after walking up and down Fremont looking for food. Right off the bat it looks like a cool place with a very hipstery vibe. We get seated right away and ordered drinks and food. The drinks and appetizer came right out and everything was perfect. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Our conversations got quieter as we all realized it had been about an hour since we ordered and no food had arrived. We were also staring at our empty glasses with our server nowhere in sight. Long story short, we waited about 90 minutes for our food, but we did receive several apologies from our server, the manager and the food-runner along with a round of drinks from the manager. The food was very good when it finally came out. All in all, someone made a mistake (which happens) and we appreciated the effort that the people at Therapy made to make it right. This was just a bad experience at a good restaurant.
