They are getting 1 star because of the customer service... We drive from Wittmann to get our hay from here because they offer bulk pricing. We spent over $500 our last trip and will probably not be back because of the horrible customer service from the guys in the back. It was as if the guys stacking our hay had never done it before, some of the bales were hanging off our trailer, we restacked it ourselves when we left so nothing would fall off. They tried giving us bales with mold on it and when we asked them to switch it out they tried telling us our goats will eat around it, of course they will but that's money we have to waste. Our chicken and pig feed were flung into the bed of our truck in a messy pile, they made us feel like we were troubling them by buying from them, to top it all off the kid driving the forklift repeatedly said rude nasty comments about how we were making his job more difficult because we were parked getting our feed loaded, and how we need to hurry and move along. It was the worst customer service we have ever had.
