I ordered from this store this evening while General Manager Jimmy was on duty and my order was incorrect. The french fries were not fresh and they neglected to send my 2nd order of macaroni salad. I called to advise them of their error and was passed off to Jimmy who did not offer to compensate me for my trouble. He would be glad to send me what I paid for but would have to pay for my antipasto salad which i requested in place of my error in ordering the gluten free salad. This is the second time i have had a problem at this store. This will be the last time i place an order with any Streets of New York.
