We have been here a million times. Never disappointed. We seem to always order the same things.
Gyros plate with rice and salad, I like my salad village style...tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese and dressing. My man orders the 2 skewer meal, lamb and beef, with rice and regular Greek salad. If we are really hungry we order the feta fries also. Feta fries are fries covered with melted Feta and I believe Monterey jack cheese...mmmm mmmm mmmm!
The Gyros is cooked to perfection and so flavorful. The rice is buttery and lemony perfection. I don't know where they get their tomatoes from but they are always so ripe and red and flavorful. The meat for the skewers is always cooked exactly how you request and the steak skewer meat is so tender and tasty I would think it was filet mignon. They need to expand their Henderson location because they are sooooo busy that sometimes you have to wait for a table and they are always busy with take outs!!! We LOVE the Great Greek and even though it is a drive for us it is well worth it!!!! We always take visitors there for dinner when they come to town! Keep up the great cooking!!!
