This review is JUST for the smoke shop and staff, as ive never been to the lounge part..being 33 hookah lounges werwnt the thing back when i was 18 to my early 20s lol lol.
Any way..the owner is such a nice man. Its a welcoming feeling when you go to pick up your smokes in the morning and are greated with a smilling face! (When it comes to customer service,dealing w an owner or employee that looks unhappy and like they hate where they work is very off putting and will make me never return.) Thats not the case here! The owner is always smilling and warm. He always makes it a point to ask how my puppy and kids are doing! The store is clean,organized,theres not a million finger prints abd smudges on the glass displays/counter. Prices on the ciggs are very good,in fact it is the lowext price for the ciggs i smoke! One time they werw out of my brand and sold me a more expensive brand for the price of mine!
At night time,the staff are alao very welcoming! Because this is alsi a hookah lounge they stay open pretty late..i think until 2 am. I alwaya feel safe coming in no matter the hour. Colby the younger msn who works at night is just awesome...all the staff are.
Amazing Customer service is becoming a thing of the past,but not here! As long as this buisness is around...ill be coming here
