Horrible place to live its infested with scorpions and different kinds of bugs. the management does not care what opinions you have to say they just take their time doing whatever they feel.I've been here 3 years and the crime has gone up over one hundred and twenty percent. There was a robbery here who attacked 8 people including the guard stealing his phone and wallet, less than two weeks ago. We knew this as a first hand.source and asked why they did not inform the community, they replied they we're not advised by the police as they were working behind the scenes but we could tell anyone we wanted when I know thats not true as my family are in the police force. We had a brand new truck that was scratched by somebody within less than a week and of course none of the carport lights are on nor the security lights that turn on for the walkway pass at night time to see. The management specific words to me about the safety here was "Your safety is not our responsibility" they admit that the crime rate has gone up about 3 times as much. I witnessed a crime last night and contacted the security and I don't know what's going to happen, they didn't seem too interested. MY advice to anybody looking at these apartments is run for your life far away. The place is getting worse and apartment prices are going up. I wish I could give this place less than 1 star.
As if everything wasn't bad enough I just caught a scorpion in my house, then a couple days later got stung for the 4th time and this time on my head Monday the 12th at 2 am and I've gone to the emergency room twice and the dr all within 48 hours. I just can't afford all the medical problems, even though they dust for them it doesn't kill them and there's never been a person who rented an apartment that I've talked too that haven't had scorpions in their place. I now have to carry an epi pen. After this complaint they fixed some of the security lights. Ut are back off. I want out of my lease for the safety of my children and family but apparently that won't happen because they need their money. Whenever we ask for a manager in the past they are ALWAYS unavailable until they are ready. I've witnessed fighting, people selling and smoking weed. Its gone down hill so fast and cant imagine how much worse its gonna get. I see police cars in the lots several times a week. Just not for family's and things only look good while they show you there model apartments.
