I wish I could select no starts because allegiant air is that bad. These guys don't care about customer care or deadlines. They've delayed our flight by seven hours and don't care at all. I've called customer service many times to try and work this out but they just don't give a shit at all. I just hope the flight isn't canceled as that would completely ruin our trip. My recommendation would be to spend the extra money and fly with a quality airline like Delta or US Airways.
