Good for emergency tire repairs but they charge about $80 to inspect a bike. Upon my discussion with the owner, Scott, you could sense anguish over those of us who do not buy their expensive bikes. They act like they are doing us a favor by tune by up our bike at all. Some of us cannot afford a $300 or more bike and have to go to supposed cheaper bikes for our kids. On the phone he disclosed to me that they were losing money giving cheaper tune ups on the cheap bikes. They offered to fully assemble the bike for that much as well. We will not be using them, nor recommending them anytime soon. Tip: some of us need to buy cheaper bikes because it is all we can afford. He will ultimately lose business to the bigger retailers. This is why I advise against "mom and pop" shops.
