The food is good. But the service we received was absolutely brutal, ESPECIALLY DURING STAMPEDE! My fiancee, friends, and I were in from out of town, waited to be seated, and took 25 minutes to get drink orders. We didn't even order from a server, but I had to get everyone's drink order myself, and walk over to the bar to order from the bartender. Anyway, the drinks were poured pretty quick, but then no server followed up to see if we wanted more. We continued to order drinks and food from the bar for another hour, and finally a tall blonde server (surprise surprise, Calgary) finally made an effort to take our drink orders, and actually provide service. The sad thing is, is that this bar wasn't busy to begin with. A few hrs roll by, getting a little happy, and when it was time to leave, the server gave me two separate bills, at different times. One was mine, and another which I thought was my original bill. She made me pay for two bills. I didn't see this until after I saw my credit card bill. I called to see if they can do ANYTHING, and they basically said, "well, if you want your money back, you're going to have to find the people that you paid for". The server shouldn't have given me two bills to pay for. I felt like I've been taken advantage of, and put more of a sour taste in my mouth about what i feel for this establishment's service. The server made no effort, when we could have easily tipped her $100 just to keep us smiling and happy during our visit there. Customer service was terrible. I definitely won't be going back, and will actually be telling everyone about my experience there, and I have a large network in Calgary.
