We've used Farnsworth for about 6 years to manage 2 of our properties. I'm not a fan of extra monthly charges for "stamps and such", but in general they've been very responsive to our requests for maintenance, etc. They've kept the house rented as well. They oversaw repairs from a hailstorm we had and did well in scheduling that and working with us. We are selling our house now and found there was an issue where one of their vendors did not complete repairs from the hailstorm and are now out of business. Farnsworth management did go back and forth with us on this, but is covering the costs related to that.
