Came in on a Monday and they were backed up and "running behind" (manager's own words) so instead of waiting I asked if I can make an appointment for the following day. Manager made me the first appointment of the day for the next day (7:30AM.) I arrived at 7:20AM and they were first opening the bay gates. I stepped inside and introduced myself as the 7:30 appointment. After signing my forms there were a few customers that came in right away so being the only employee there he checked them all in. One lady expressed to me that she had an 8AM appointment. So I'm waiting, waiting, waiting some more. Turns out her car is now done, while mine was still not even on the lift yet. When I inquired, I got a shrug or two since by now there were other employees that had arrived as well. I close out and pay, and my car is still on the lift. Looks like they are STILL in mid oil change to me. Employee tells me they are short a mechanic, but that doesn't explain why another party was taken before me. When they finally pull my car out it's after 10AM, so my 7:30 oil change first appointment of the day lasted over 2 and a half hours. Now I'm a patient man, but that's pretty excessive when you have an appointment. If I was a walk-in, I would say nothing. This is not a doctors office lol. I have had good experiences here in the past, so I'm not saying I'd abandon this place for good, but I'll be keeping an ear out for other places that other folks are more fond of.
