Police here pretty often you could look up in google history of this place, seriously. Here is pic of last night right on front gates.
Starting with leaking roof ( they have been "trying" to fix it since we moved here ) , sinks which never was fixed even with me walking to the front office every day for months! They keep saying " yes , tomorrow 100% it will be fixed" and never show up. Everything fixed, was done by us and of course nobody reimbursed us.
Don't give them permission to enter without you being home. They knock and walk right in. They leave doors open and They walked in on my husband naked.
Be ready : they have a big baths in master bedroom but you will NEVER get a hot tub bc there is just not enough hot water to fill it up.
And " 24 hours jacuzzi and pool" jacuzzi NEVER WAS EVEN WARM OR HAD BUBBLES AND IS ALWAYS GREEN it has never worked, when we first we moved in they said " it works " but it never did, after they said that they shut it down for winter( I was waiting 4 months to get what I'm paying for ) and again summer time their faces always look surprised " Its not working Yet!? " and as usual they will "fix it tomorrow"
Gym - super old equipment, and 95% just not working. And they are planning to fix it or Change it. it's just there to build a price.
So you can find a lot better places even cheaper than this!
Please dont make the same mistake we made!
