First of all the doctor decided to cut my dogs nail so deep that he bleed. I don't think that's necessary in my dog's case, but just a way so they can justify their super expensive charge.
Second of all they sell me a cone for $20 but it break in one week, which during the week my dog just wears around the neck couldn't even touch it. And of course they refused to be more understanding and replace it. It's about the cheapest thing you can find for a dog yet they still want to cheat you for it.
I would call this hospital a scum and never to return so they don't have a chance to hurt my dogs anymore.
