Dilawri dealer owned. Once I discovered this,I told a friend to run for the hills given my personal experience with another Dilawri owned dealership where a friend,and I dealt with unscrupulous conduct.@lindaW summed up my experience with respect to senior management. Sales treated my friend with the same courtesy described.The owner was the issue at mine where I sadly BOUGHT from that Dilawri owned dealer,whereas my friend escaped. Dilawri may be the largest dealer network,thus their inappropriate actions may be lost in the sales volume,along with the lack of Canadian consumer protection screens the problems with many dealerships.
