I don't normally go to this and I'm reminded of why every single time I do. They seem to always be out of my tea and when they are out of my tea, which is the only thing I order, I ask for hot water with honey so I can use my tea bags (Starbucks tea bags I purchased for just such a situation) I always seem to get attitude for it. I think a hot cup of water with some honey is the least I can get after always managing to be stuck in their drive-through for no less than 20 minutes. even at 10 in the morning on a Tuesday when half the world is at work and normally wouldn't be in the Starbucks line anyways. I know it's not their fault that they're out, it's corporate's fault, but a little smile and some hot water without attitude doesn't seem too much to ask for.
