Today I purchased a new phone and transferred a number from AT&T and it was a fantastic experience. I arrived promptly when this location opened and Jolene greeted my wife and I as soon as we walked inside. We had some issues with porting my number from AT&T but Jolene stayed on hold with Verizon and AT&T for nearly an hour figuring everything out. She was extremely kind the entire time and was very knowledgeable about both the product and the services. Dealing with phones isn't exactly fun but Jolene made the process painless and the management team at this location continued to check on us during our lengthy stay.
My only suggestion to anyone planning on visiting this location is to arrive when they open! Just a few minutes after we walked inside, most of the associates were assisting someone, and there were some people who had to wait on someone to help them.
