0/5 Very shady place. Do not trust the salesman. I had a nail in one of my tires and stopped by because they were close to my house. I had already stopped by the Firestone store off Spring Mountain who said they would fix it without any problems but it would be a few hours until they could.
The salesman here came out, looked at my tires and said they were the worst tires he's ever seen and how I shouldn't be driving on them and they wouldn't be able to fix it because the tires wouldn't be able to be taken off and put back on because they are so fragile and bunch of other scare tactics to try to get me to spend $700 on new tires rather than get me to spend $15 for a patch. He was making it sound like I wouldn't be able to make it down the street to my house before the tread would rip off and damage my car.
While he was getting me a quote for new tires there was another customer yelling and screaming at another salesman about how they replaced his transmission with a refurbished part but had quoted and charged him a new part. The other salesman was trying weasel his way out of it saying the customer had misunderstood him.
In the next 5,000 miles I will be replacing my tires but I will definitely never come back here. Firestone fixed the tire without any issues and I will go back there for a new set.
