If possible ask for Tyler - he was VERY meticulous and took his time with my mom.

If you haven't done reflexology it is less about relaxation and more about releasing pressure points. It's important that you communicate if you want something a bit gentler or if you don't want them massaging your butt. The small woman who did my massage was surprisingly strong and did a nice job rubbing out my sore spots. All clothes remained on.
Worth checking out at least once. My only complaint was that it was cold, but after saying something they turned down the air.
