Quality of work is great. Nice heavy door. The frame did not fit although the measurements were correct. Alternative ideas were presented, such as glueing the sash on. Unacceptable for an 1800.00 door. Installers are great, but lacked tools to fix the problem. My husband welds so was able to rectify problem. Customer service GREATLY LACKING when it comes time to schedule appt for installation. First, we waited a month for install to be called 2 days before because "we don't work weekends anymore" YOU can't honor the appts that you had made previously? An adjustment needed to be made to the door and 3 representatives failed to note cell phone numbers and gate codes onto our profile which required multiple attempts to return to fix a small issue. After almost 3 months.... TODAY I finally get to use the door without bugs crawling in underneath it!
