This Chipotle location is very hit or miss (mostly miss) The staff seems to get overwhelmed very quickly and easily. I don't know if they have ever been into a chipotle that operates efficiently or what? If there is any line just avoid the place all together because it's not worth it. The portion sizes vary greatly from visit to visit here. Today I got so much salsa that my whole burrito bowl was soggy.
That being said I have had a couple instances where the food and service were excellent and that's what's saving this from being a 1 star rating. The food is still good, just not what I have come to expect from other chipotle locations.
