It's your basic pet store. The service was good, but we went there to pick out snails and nobody really knew anything about snails. We brought home a couple that we weren't too sure were even alive, and when I brought them back a couple days later, at least they exchange them without questions asked. The shells aren't the healthiest looking, but at least these two were alive.
