I have been going to this salon for several years but only for an eyebrow wax. Usually they do a great job. My last visit there was a new girl. Not only was she rough jerking my head around, she dropped a huge glob of wax in my head hair above my ear and did not even have the courtesy to tell me. I realized it in the car on the way home and was thankful that was my last stop of the day. My eyebrows look ok so I'm giving it 3 stars. I might go back but will certainly walk out the door if that same girl is the one to do it.
