Horrible management. They ignore every request for repairs. They hide in a back office and the students working the front desk are not only of no help, but are rude when approached with a request. When we moved in, my bedroom was missing a desk chair. It took 4 weeks and multiple requests to get one. Our dryer broke and it took three weeks to get it repaired. The garbage shoots are always jammed and overflowing into the hallways. The elevators are constantly broken, so it can take 10 minutes to get an elevator when you need one. We moved out on July 31, and still have not received our security deposit back yet. It's been 6 weeks and every time I call, I'm told there is no manager on duty. My emails go unreturned. There are criminals running this building!
