Actual radiological service was fine. The radiologist was professional and made me feel comfortable.
Billing was a nightmare.
They kept sending me bills, after paying the one bill I had, so I ended up overpaying for something they did not submit to my insurance. When I called them about it (after I realized what I had done), they said they would reimburse me, but a month and a half later, I called to see where the progress was, and they were so confused they had no idea what I was talking about and they were telling me I only paid a fraction of what I had...but I have check receipts to prove it!
My services were in December and I'm still getting all this figured out in mid May... yikes.
