We got a referral from a reputable company to use Everlasting W & D. Big mistake! We paid 100% for a screen door for our rental property in April 2015 and still have no screen door! The company representative apologizes over and over each time we are able to reach her and promises to get the screen door ordered AGAIN and get it installed. We made contact in May, August, October and November and still no door. The last promise was to measure again on Nov. 10th and install on Nov 19th with a phone call when the job was complete. We've heard nothing and they don't answer the phone. We don't even know if the door was ever ordered. They have $260 of our money and we have zilch. I would say they have terrible customer service.
