I had some bad issues with the Avondale location(personal training) amd when I couldn't fathom dealing with another person there, I called Damian and from day one it was a huge difference. From fixing my account, finding a trainer that valued his clients, and following up on his promises when he said he would.....he made my decision to move to peoria a no brainer.
My first training session with Bruce-I felt that he and I had been training together for awhile. He pushed me, encouraged me, and was so friendly and knowledgeable. My session flew by and left there feeling like I had a great workout.
While I was making my next appointment I was greeted by Damian, and a good portion of his staff-let me tell you, they blew away the competition with their customer service skills. I feel they are a direct reflection of the boss they have leading them.
