Just got a bill for a "contract adjustment" that occurred on 5/19/17 for servce performed on 12/18/15!!!!! Talked to billing and they advised previous billers missed a fee on many people and they caught it in a audit, and if I don't pay it will go to collections. I told them I would pay but also complain to everyone about it.
