This is not an attack against the facility being reviewed, but a fair and honest review from a fair and honest person. I have had shoulder and back pain for a while now, and I have been seeing a physical therapist for the last several months. I was hoping to get a second opinion on my condition, so I thought I would check out this office. The first visit, don't expect to actually get an adjustment, but instead a very brief "diagnosis" of what's going on. I tried to explain what I thought was happening to me, and I felt like I wasn't listened to. It felt like I was getting a physical from a doctor rather than an adjustment from a chiropractor. Turns out, I didn't even meet with any chiropractor the entire first visit, which is the main reason why I came in the first place. The doctors seemed to want me to buy all this medication and procedures to get me better. Without even telling me what was really wrong with me, they tried to speculate and guess and wanted me to undergo trigger point injections which are $100 each and they tried telling me that it takes 8-12 shots to actually work or take effect. Whew, I don't have that much money and insurance doesn't usually cover things like that. Despite this, I decided to see what the 2nd visit would be all about. I should have stayed away... I was the first scheduled patient and the first to check in when they opened, I waited in the waiting room for about 4 minutes before I was called back. Then I waited another 3 minutes in what seemed another waiting room in the back. A technician finally gave me some E-stim and asked me to fill out some paperwork. After that I sat in a hallway outside of the actual chiropractor's office for another 5 minutes. When I was finally invited into the chiropractors office, the entire experience lasted probably 7 minutes. Never a question about my pain, or anything specific about my own issues. It was just crack, crack, here's some pamphlets to get you to buy unnecessary supplements that have nothing to do with your condition, now get out of here. I guess I'm just used to doctors and medical professionals who take their time with their patients and actually care about their issues. It's not worth my time to go back there.
