Well I will start out by saying that I had a membership in Colorado and loved it!! I moved to Tucson and this was the closest location so I drove up a few times. My first few experiences were great and was convinced to move my membership to them. I had a bank of 5 unused services and was assured that as soon as I transferred my membership they would have my services transferred over to this location. I came in for a massage and facial. Was told that they were having trouble with my banked services but they would take care of it. The next thing I know when checking my credit card is the way they took care of it was just to charge my credit card for the services. No phone call or any communication just charged my credit card - I guess that is their definition of taking care of it. Feeling ripped off!!!!!!
