I cannot wait for my contract with Dish and Century Link to end. I acquired them through Direct Communications. The I will go on my own to find my connections to television and the internet. Just like a used car salesman promises you that it is a good car, Josh is full of crap too. He told us the prices for the two services would be a specific price, I have never seen them that low. NEVER! Every month the prices are higher than he quoted no matter who I call or what kind of discounts they apply. As for service they never keep an appointment on time and no one is there to answer the phone most of the time I call. I will not do business with them again. Oh yeah, just look at the Yelp site and see how many low ratings this company has and that should tell you to stay away.
