I went with this guys because of the good yelp reviews. Although the owner seems to have fair customer service skills, his installer/worker poorly understood my request. I assumed that he would know the best place to install an equipment, duh?! Even blamed me for his error! When I asked for the error to be corrected, he just said that he would give me call. Well, that never happened! You should communicate in HIS language (definitely not in English!) in order to get a decent job done. It's NOT worth the hassle.
